The best way to use sunscreen is to:
- AsraDerm GLUVIT-S Sunscreen Cream with an SPF of at least 30 that provides broad-spectrum protection (protects against both UVA and UVB rays).
- Apply sunscreen to all exposed skin, including the face, ears, neck, and tops of your feet. Make sure to apply enough sunscreen to cover all exposed skin. A shot glass full of sunscreen is recommended for an average adult.
- Reapply sunscreen every two hours or immediately after swimming or sweating.
- Avoid sun exposure during peak hours (10 am to 4 pm)
- Wear protective clothing, like long-sleeved shirts, pants, and hats, especially when spending prolonged periods of time in the sun.
- Be extra careful around water, sand, and snow because they reflect the sun’s rays, which can increase your chances of getting sunburned.
- It’s also important to note that no sunscreen can provide 100% protection, so it’s still important to take other precautions to protect yourself from the sun’s rays, such as seeking shade, wearing protective clothing, and limiting time in the sun.
HOW TO USE:
Apply liberally over the entire face, neck, and other areas that are exposed to sunlight at least 20-30 minutes before sun exposure or as directed by your dermatologist. To maintain protection, re-apply after excessive perspiration Long-term use can improve the quality of the skin.
