Panadol Night tablets contain paracetamol, which is both an analgesic (a pain killer that relieves aches and pains) and an antipyretic (it reduces body temperature when you have a fever). Additionally, the tablets contain diphenhydramine hydrochloride, which is an antihistamine that acts to relieve the symptoms of colds and the flu (congestion) and aids in restful sleep.
Ingredients
Microcrystalline cellulose, pregelatinized starch, crospovidone, povidone k-25, calcium carbonate, pregelatinized starch, crospovidone, alginic acid, magnesium stearate, and magnesium stearate.
Directions
Before beginning, make sure you give the included pamphlet a thorough read. When administered orally, the tablets must first be dissolved in water before being swallowed. Adults of any age, including senior citizens, as well as youngsters older than 16 years: When necessary, dissolve two pills in water and take them every four hours. Take the medication no more frequently than once every four hours. It is not recommended to take more than 8 tablets in a 24 hour period. Children between the ages of 12 and 15 years old should have one tablet dissolved in water every four hours. It is not recommended to take more than 4 tablets in one day. Take the medication no more frequently than once every four hours. Children younger than 12 years old should not be given it.
