Hold on tight! Because this fragrance can pull the rug out from under your feet! For Spirit of Kings Altair, fragrance designer Christian Provenzano has conjured up a veritable cornucopia of nature in the bottle. While some of his creations make do with only four elementary ingredients, this bouquet seems to depend on the interplay of many different and unusual nuances. Even a nose spoilt by fragrances must first try to process the many impressions that flow towards us as soon as the golden bottle is opened. Dambiro
One trick impresses with the first top note of the perfume: where other fragrances are initially dominated by tangy, spicy, and fresh notes, Provenzano smuggles clear heart aromas into the top note of Spirit of Kings Altair. Flowery-sweet ylang-ylang and jasmine are mixed in with the Amalfi lemon and confuse the senses. The highlight of the formula is a rather unusual and extremely precious ingredient: truffles. The earthy, nutty, and pleasantly sweet addition gives the fine perfume that certain something extra. Because truffle smells extraordinarily of mushrooms, earth, a hint of chocolate, and perhaps a hint of musk. Extraordinary in any case!
