Hadar comes from the same Arabic word (hadar) meaning the name settlement given to the Beta Centauri star system.

Hadar by Spirit of Kings is a perfume inspired by the story it tells: 

many lifetimes ago, a small kingdom famous for its abundant agriculture and long rivers was ruled by a wise king.

The kingdom’s majestic mountains protected it from foreign enemies, and this geography, combined with the king’s just policies, allowed his 

citizens to thrive and thrive. 

One day, a group of senators of the kingdom brought him the terrible news that a huge army of locusts was spreading in the nearby lands.

and that it would take him a week at most to visit them.

The senators were of the opinion that a distress call should be sent out, so that people could raise as much as possible

possible, before the locusts reached their lands.
